Odd cactus is a hypergraph such that every hyperedge has odd valency. Two weeks ago Pavel Chicherov represented the pfaffian matrix-tree theorem. We will discuss the generalisation of this theorem which expresses the generating function of odd cactuses via hyperpfaffian. Then we will prove the theorem, using properties of exterior algebra
