Homogenization of non-autonomous nonlocal convolution type parabolic equations in a random in time environment

Abstract:

The talk will focus on homogenization problem for nonlocal convolution type parabolic equations whose coefficients are rapidly oscillating functions which are  periodic in the spatial variables and random stationary in time. We show that, under appropriate coerciveness and moment conditions, homogenization result holds in moving coordinates.  Moreover, if time evolution of the coefficients has good enough mixing properties, in the limit we obtain a SPDE with a finite dimensional multiplicative noise.

We warmly invite you to attend the meeting of the seminar. Please feel free to share this announcement with colleagues and students who might be interested.

We look forward to your participation!
