Yulij Ilyashenko Elected a Fellow of the American Mathematical Society

On November 1st, the list of 2017 Class AMS Fellows has been made public. According to the mission of the program, 'the Fellows of the American Mathematical Society program recognizes members who have made outstanding contributions to the creation, exposition, advancement, communication, and utilization of mathematics.'

Yulij Ilyashenko's recognition is 'for contributions to dynamical systems and for service to the mathematical community.'
